FUNERAL SERVICES:  1:00 P.M. Monday, November 25, 2019, at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel.

VISITATION:  Family will receive friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Monday, November 25, 2019, from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.

BURIAL:  Taylor’s Chapel Cemetery in Comanche County.

Dowlene “Dee” Frazier, age 81, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019, in Paradise, Texas.  She was born on November 17, 1938, in Gorman, Texas, to Dow and Ruby (Allred) Welch. 

On July 17, 1953, she was united in marriage to Earl Edward Frazier in Dallas, Texas, He preceded her in death on September 16, 1996.  Dowlene was devoted to her husband and family, raising her children with love and helping to raise her grandchildren.  She was always busy.  She coached softball for forty years, loved cross-stitching, reading, bird watching, deer hunting, and working in the yard.  She was also the bookkeeper for Pioneer Oil Company.  She was a Methodist.

She is survived by her sons, Eddie Frazier and wife Kimberly of North Richland Hills and Tommy Frazier of Fort Worth; daughters, Tammie Jo Gentry and husband Brett of Paradise and Kimberley Malloy and husband Michael of North Richland Hills; son-in-law, Johnnie Lybrand of Mabank; ten grandchildren: Anthony Lybrand, Leia Baumer, Summer Lybrand, Eddie Frazier, Tommy Frazier, Brandon Frazier, Ryder Lybrand, Chyenne Malloy, Bailey Malloy, and Brenlee Gentry; twelve great-grandchildren; cousin and best friend, Rex Allred of Amarillo; sister, Patsy Welch of Fort Worth; nephew, Stanley Frazier and wife Penny of Weatherford; niece Jean Frazier Donald of Comanche; and sister-in-law, Annie Pearl Anders of De Leon.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dean Welch and Grandle Welch.
