Daphna Elaine Westfall Booth (known to many as “Nan”) passed away on Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 at home surrounded by family.

Daphna grew up in the Hazeldale Community and eventually moved to Fort Worth where she met her husband of 42 years, Larry M. Cook, and had two children.

In 1982, after 23 years of service, Daphna retired from American Motors Corp. She found a second career with Goode Taylor Honda, Dallas. During this time, she met her husband, Bob, and relocated to Dallas where they spent many happy years together. When not busy working at Stein Mart or volunteering, Nan enjoyed reading, ballroom dancing, taking in movies, playing 42, and spending time with her beloved family and friends. She returned to Fort Worth in 2006 where she continued working, volunteering, and dancing.

Daphna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Booth, and parents, Elmer and Annie Westfall, and treasured friend, Douglas Edward Johnson. Survivors: Son Larry P. Cook and wife Donna, of Glen Rose, TX, daughter Amy Fieseler and husband, Joe Pat of Glen Rose, TX, and many cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren and cousins who were a big part of her life.

Graveside services will be held at Siloam Cemetery, Gustine, TX on Saturday, May 9th at noon. Lunch will be served afterwards.
