Due to the pandemic, dine in was not allowed this year. But, church members and several volunteers who do not even attend the First Baptist Church came together and worked to assemble a total of 1,066 meals for carry-out, drive-thru and/or delivery. The meal consisted of turkey, dressing, gravy, green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and dessert. The meal was provided to anyone who wanted one at no cost but donations are always accepted. The First Baptist Church of Stephenville would like to thank the community for allowing them to prepare this Christmas Day meal for them. And, THANK YOU to all of the wonderful folks (old and young alike) that helped with cooking, packaging, deliveries, dishwashing and clean up.
