A Memorial service for Lavonna Renell Nix, 50, teacher, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Lavonna was born in Stephenville on June 11, 1971, to WC and Rita Nell (Packwood) Shelton. She married Michael Andrew Nix March of 2003.
Lavonna is a TCU alumnus. She enjoyed rock painting.
Lavonne is survived by her husband, Michael Andrew Nix, and her mother, Rita Nell Shelton. She was preceded in death by her father, WC Shelton, and her brother Wade C. Shelton.
