JD Spivey, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, in DeLeon, Texas.
JD was born on September 26, 1946, to Wesley and Johnnie Annett (Reese) Spivey. He was in construction and worked in the sewing factory.
He is survived by his sister, Neddie Loudermilk of Comanche, Texas; brothers, Cecil Spivey of Comanche, Texas, Dayton Wesley Spivey of Gorman, Texas, B.B. Spivey of Austin, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved Boston Terrier, Chloe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Johnnie Annett (Reese) Spivey; and sister, Audi Schlee of Comanche, Texas.
Service Details
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, at the Comanche Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, in the Comanche Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Sardis Cemetery in Comanche County.
