Victor McGee Cornett, born August 30, 1917, in Tye, Texas, to parents Nonie and Clara (Keeton) Cornett, passed away in Mineral Wells, Texas, May 9, 2022, at age 104. Victor was known by many names Mr. Vick, Papa, Vick, and or Hayseed. Vick enjoyed working with animals, trading horses at local trade days and meeting people.
Surviving Victor are four children, Larry Cornett, Lynn Cornett and wife Vonn, Vickie Taylor and husband Curtis, Bobbie Cornett and partner Eddy Daniels, seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation and Graveside services 9:30am, Friday May 13, 2022, at Davis Family Cemetery located on the High Hope Ranch, Glen Rose, Texas with Phil Gage officiating.
