Eastland residents Edwin Carrillo and Kendall Modena-Lee Noles celebrated receiving their Associate of Arts degrees with balloons. Carillo and Noles were among 51 students to receive degrees during Ranger College’s Fall commencement services on Dec. 3 in Brownwood.
