Martin Vazquez, 58 of Lingleville, passed away on January 18, 2024.
Funeral services for Martin will be at 11:00 AM Monday, January 22, 2024 at Stephenville Funeral Home. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. A Rosary service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Chapel at Stephenville Funeral Home. Visitation with the Vazquez Family will be on Sunday, January 21, 2024, from 6:00to 8:00 PM.
Martin was born on July 5, 1965 in Strawn, Texas to his parents, Esteban Vazques and Aurora Rubio. He was a laborer and jack of all trades.
Martin is survived by his mother, Aurora Lopez of Lingleville; brother, Mondo Vazquez of Bovina; sisters, Armandina Vazquez of Lingleville, Yolanda Lopez of Kingsland, Maria Vazquez of Dublin, and Martha Torres of Friona; children, Sabrina Jackson of Ranger, Martin Vazquez, Jr. of Stephenville, and Kandi Marie Vazquez of Stephenville; and seven grandchildren.
Martin was preceded in death by his father, Esteban Vazquez, and a daughter, Vanessa Vazquez.
He will be greatly missed by a wild bunch of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends that will forever remember the laughs and love he so willingly gave.
