Earl Wayne Waters, born February 19, 1948, in Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away in Hico, Texas July 15, 2025, after fighting a long illness. Earl (Wayne) joined the Air Force the day after he graduated high school. After his service he returned and married Jane Waters and worked at Cooper Tire for 27years.
Wayne and Jane moved to Hico, Texas in 2004 and built their home. They have five children.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Orbon and Jo Waters.
Surviving Wayne are wife Jane Waters, children, Calvin Hinson, Linda Hinson, Chuck Hinson, Travis Hinson, Michael Waters and 15 grandchildren.
Services August 3, 4-5pm at Harvest Hills Funeral Home.
