Judy Lashay McMillan of Stephenville, Texas, passed from this life on January 27, 2026, at her residence. Born on May 3, 1964, in Texas City, Texas, to her parents Judy and Bob Webster, Judy was proud of her service in the Navy until health issues prevented her from continuing. She loved watching TV, especially Doctor Phil, with her husband Allen and her four fur babies. Judy is preceded in passing by her parents, Judy and Bob Webster. She is survived by her loving husband, Allen Zartman, and three daughters, Sarah, Kendra, and Chandra.
