(August 11, 2022 – February 19, 2026)
Oaklynn Rae Domer was born August 11, 2022 in Grandbury, TX to Ryan and Kelsie Chace Domer. We knew we had the angels’ blessing, as she shared a birthday with her great grandma. She was taken from us too soon – soaring to heaven on February 19, 2026.
Oaklynn packed a lot in her short time with us. Traveling the rodeo circuit all over the US, hitting the practice pen with mom and dad, and loving her family with all her heart. She loved frogs, horses, everybody’s puppies, going to “yodeos”, and hanging out with all her friends. She did not know a stranger and lit up the room the minute she made her grand entrance.
Preceding her in death were Great Grandma Glennis Porter, Great Grandad & Grandma Bill & Shirely Chace, and Great Grandad & Grandma Maurice and Ann Minihan.
She is survived by her parents Ryan & Kelsie. Grandparents Tom & Lisa Chace and Jay & Mauri Ann Domer. Great Grandparents Morris Porter, Karen Domer, and R.R. Domer.
Uncles and aunts Collin & Tawni Domer, Kelby & Kelsey Chace, and Kade & Cedar Chace. Cousins Korli, Koat, & KasliChace and Hayes, Myles, & Blayne Domer.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26th at 11:00 AM at the Double N Cowboy Church in Dublin, TX. Graveside services will be Friday, February 27th at 4:00 PM at Auburn Cemetery West of Cherokee, OK.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rope Like A Girl (Mailing Address: First Financial Bank, ATTN: Rope Like a Girl Foundation, 718 Elm Street, Clyde, TX 79510) for family expenses and scholarships in Oaklynn’s memory for rodeo athletes at Southwestern Oklahoma State University or Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Please note in payment memo that it is for the Oaklynn Rae Domer Memorial.
