She was born on August 3, 1951, in Odessa, Texas, to Don Curtis Presley and Joyce Lavrne (Byers) Presley. She was married to Bruce Winnie, who preceded her in death.
Kay owned a dress shop in Odessa before later moving to Dublin, where she spent the rest of her life devoted to farm and ranch living. She was known for her independence and strong work ethic. She had a special love for her cats, who brought her great comfort and joy.
She is survived by her brother, Gary Presley.
