STEPHENVILLE – Three Texans earned All-WAC honors for Tarleton State Women’s Soccer, the league office announced on Tuesday.
For the second time in program history, multiple Texans earned postseason WAC awards. Senior Kaitlyn Flanagan earned her second consecutive All-WAC Second Team selection. She became one of the first to win the award last season, along with goalkeeper Mikayla Kendall. Zoe Ballard and Victoria Lucksinger were both named to the All-WAC Freshman Team in their first season with the Purple and White.
“We are really proud of Kaitlyn, Zoe, and Tori for being recognized for their hard work on the field,” said head coach Pete Cuadrado. “It is well deserved.”
Flanagan has been a defensive standout during her four seasons with Tarleton State. The senior was one of eight current Texans a part of the inaugural team for Tarleton State Women’s Soccer and has been with the program since its start in 2022. Flanagan holds the record for most minutes played in her Tarleton State career, logging a total of 6,244 minutes and 1,641 minutes during the 2025 season. She was one of only two Texans to play in every match in program history, starting all 20 games and playing the full 90 minutes in 13 matches this season. The Villa Park, Calif. native, scored two goals and one assist during her senior season. Flanagan notched her first goal and sole assist against Texas Southern on Aug. 24 and earned her second goal against McNeese on Sept. 7.
Ballard appeared in 19 games while starting 12 in her debut season with Tarleton State. The San Tan Valley, Ariz. native, scored her first collegiate goal in TSU’s first 2025 conference matchup against Utah Tech on Oct. 5. She also tallied her first assist during that same match. Ballard recorded six shots and logged 1321 minutes, the most minutes by a Texan freshman this season and the fourth most by a Texan freshman in program history.
Lucksinger ranked second in minutes logged by a Texan freshman during the 2025 season. The Temple, Texas native, also played in 19 games this season, starting the last seven conference matchups for the Purple and White. She recorded a total of five shots, four of which came during conference play.
