Fleda Phosa (Alexander) Harbin left this earthly life on December 23, 2025, in Hico, Texas. Born on February 5, 1935, to Velma Kennedy and Hopie Alexander in Downing, Texas, Fleda lived a life full of love and family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Troy Harbin, her daughter, Linda, and her parents, Hopie and Velma Alexander. Fleda is survived by her daughters, Debbie Steiner, Sheree Lindsey and husband, Dennis, Vickie Toon and husband, Lance. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Sandy and Scott Steiner, Chris and Kevin Byrd, Brandon Finley, Anna and Mason Toon, and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Fonda Sons, and brother, Levi Alexander.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home from 6:00-7:00pm. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Lower Greens Creek Cemetery at 10:00am.
