DeAndria “Dee” Dale Shugart of Dublin, Texas, passed from this life on December 19, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, with her loving husband by her side. Born on August 4, 1961, in Hale Center, Texas, Dee was the oldest child of Patsy (Jaggars) and Ivan Woosencraft. She will always be remembered for her love of plants, crocheting, and her inseparable bond with her husband, Roger. Dee cherished working with horses and spending time with her beloved husband of 35 years.
Dee is preceded in death by her father, Ivan Woosencraft. She is survived by her husband, Roger Shugart; sons, Shawn Shugart and Derik Shugart; grandchildren, Gavin Shugart, Cassie Shugart, and Sawyer Shugart; mother, Patsy Jaggars Howell; sisters, Denna Jernigan and Debbie Ratliff; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended relatives.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
