With so much new coming to Stephenville, The Flash reached out to Lauren Moore, with the Stephenville Economic Development Authority, for some help with the new sites. SEDA has been in its new location since November 2024.






The old Senior Citizens Center will be Project 1885. It will be a two-story structure with retail space on the bottom and two short-term living units on the top. Future plans include 40-room boutique hotel with a rooftop deck and restaurant. They are currently accepting letters of intent for the first-floor tenant.
