With so much new coming to Stephenville, The Flash reached out to Lauren Moore, with the Stephenville Economic Development Authority, for some help with the new sites. SEDA has been in its new location since November 2024.

This is next to McCoy’s and will be a Holiday Inn Express with approximately 82 keys.
This is where Santa Fe Taco used to be; it will be a new Cash America Pawn.

Across from Central Elementary School will be another townhome development.

Next to Motel 6 on the loop will be the new Dairy Queen location.

The Cage House has recently been purchased and restored by Jody Henneke. This landmark is now used as a venue for weddings, receptions and other special events.

The old Senior Citizens Center will be Project 1885. It will be a two-story structure with retail space on the bottom and two short-term living units on the top. Future plans include 40-room boutique hotel with a rooftop deck and restaurant. They are currently accepting letters of intent for the first-floor tenant.
