September 21, 1938 ~ July 15, 2026 (age 87)
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Earl Baugh Jr, 87, of Stephenville, Tx, who left this life on July 15, 2026.
Earl was born on September 21, 1938 in McCurtain County, Oklahoma to Earl Baugh Sr. and Mary Roberts. He married Paula Bolt on June 1, 1960 in McCurtain, OK and was married until her passing on August 1, 2017. Earl was a member of the Highland Missionary Baptist Church, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and a retired pastor of the Washington Street Baptist Church. Earl also loved fly fishing and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Robert Baugh and wife Rulene, Rhonda Davis, Ricky Baugh and wife Karen, his grandchildren, Wendy Harbour, Brandon Davis, Justin Baugh, RaShelle Galloway, Christopher Baugh, Ryan Baugh, Brittney Whitten, Sara Quarles, Shai Quarles, Reid Baugh, Chelsey Plunkett, and Cord Hughes, great grandchildren, Michelle Lopez, Gentry Baugh, Hales Earl Galloway, Case Baugh, Autumn Tavera, Brooklyn Baugh, Charli Baugh, Jaydon Whitten, Kye Whitten, Hutton Whitten, and Cora Hughes, two great great grandchildren, Caroline and Calvin Lopez, and siblings, Donna Hatridge, Carolyn Baggett, and Lea Williams.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Baugh, his son, Randall Baugh and several brothers and sisters.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services for Earl will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at Highland Missionary Baptist Church at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Burt Atkins officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, July 17, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lacy Funeral Home and burial will be at Round Grove Cemetery in Dublin, TX following the service.
