Larry Lee Lightfoot, born February 1, 1949, in Temple, Texas to parents Aubrey and Viola (Wise) Lightfoot, passed away in Hico, Texas July 18, 2026, at age 77. Larry also known as Larry Lee or “Cowboy” from his Vietnam service, while in the United State Marine Corps. Larry loved taking care of his animals, his goats were special to him. Wrestling, WWE, Law & Order were his favorite television shows. Larry loved his family and summer times with his great grandsons. He had a successful career in the Marines as a Corporal in the 2nd Battalion/ 5th Marines later drove a truck across country after coming home, hauling milk.

Surviving Larry are daughter Angela Alexander, grandsons Dalton Crary and Brendan Lightfoot, great grandchildren Colby Crary and Enoch Lightfoot.
Graveside services 9:30 am, July 28, 2026, at DFW National Cemetery.
