Storm Spotter Training Class

Tarleton State University, the Cross Timbers Amateur Radio Club and Erath County Emergency Management are hosting a SKYWARN Storm Spotter course. The course will cover topics such as severe weather safety, thunderstorm formation and features and an examination of the meteorology behind the Canton tornadoes in 2017.
No preregistration is necessary. This class is for organizes storm spotters or anyone interested in severe weather.
The class will be held in room 102 of the Lamar Johanson Science Building.
