Dublin could field its own baseball team just from the All-District roster as three Lions received top honors and nine total players were selected by District 6-3A coaches.
Tim Teten was honored as the Pitcher-of-the-Year, Rayce Jackson was named Defensive Player-of-the-Year and Josh Hanes picked up Co-Offensive Player-of-the-Year awards as they led Dublin into it deepest ever playoff run winning bi-district and area titles.
Joining the trio on the All-District 6-3A rosters are first-team infielders Keith Wright and Angel Ramirez, second team infielder Blaize Leatherwood and outfielder Griffin Pickett, and honorable mentions Jared Ricks and Cameron Olvera.
“I’m incredibly proud of these guys and their accomplishments,” Coach Kellen Cervetto said. “They along with their entire team turned around a season and put themselves into the Dublin High School history books.”
