(February 9, 2015) — Tarleton State (6-1) is off to its best start since the 2007 campaign when the TexAnns made it to the NCAA South Central Regional.
Haley Freyman pitched a scoreless four innings to earn the win, and Alyssa Ringhausen navigated nine hits to allow just one run over three innings in Tarleton’s 2-1 win over Northwestern Oklahoma State at Tarleton Softball Complex Monday.
Stephenville product Katelyn Conlee was 3-3 with two doubles and a run batted in. The junior improved her batting average to a whopping .692 and has a team-leading 16 RBI.
Kady Crow was 2-3 with an RBI for Tarleton.
