Bees, Jackets kick off state playoffs against Springtown

(March 26, 2015) — After a weather-altered regular season that saw Stephenville finish second in girls and third in boys in District 4-4A soccer, the Honeybees and Yellow Jackets are about to kick off the state playoffs.

Both Stephenville teams face Springtown in Weatherford Thursday, the girls at 5:30 p.m. and the boys at 7:30 p.m. Springtown was second in boys and third in girls in District 3-4A.

The winner of the girls game faces 1-4A champ San Elizario in the area round.
