(April 27, 2015) — The TexAnn Golf team has been selected to compete in the NCAA Division II West Super Regional tournament at the Foxtail Golf Club in Rohnert Park, Calif. on May 4-6.
The TexAnns are one of nine teams selected to compete and are ranked fourth in the West Region, the highest of all Lone Star Conference teams ranked.
Midwestern State (sixth) and West Texas A&M (seventh) are the other two representatives from the LSC.
Dallas Baptist (first), St. Edward’s (second), Newman (third), California Baptist (fifth), Sonoma State (eighth) and Academy of Art (ninth) round out the West Region teams.
All participants will compete throughout the 54 holes of competition. The top three teams will advance to the championship in Allendale, Mich. On May 13-16.
