ALLENDALE, Mich (May 16, 2015). — Tarleton State completed the 2014-15 season with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA II Women’s Golf Championship at The Meadows Golf Course.
It is the fourth time since 2010 that the TexAnns finished in the top four in the NCAA Championship and last year’s third-place finish was the best in program history.

In the four-round tournament, the TexAnns shot a 320, 305, 310, 310 for a final score of 1245 (+93).
The University of Indianapolis won the NCAA Golf Championship with an overall score of 1212 (+60).
Individually for the TexAnns, Casey Wild tied for 12th with an overall score of 306, +18 (77, 73, 78, 85).
Isabel Jimenez-Perea placed 26th after a final-round score of 83. For the tournament, the three-time Lone Star Conference Golfer of the Year finished with a 311, +23 (74, 78, 79, 83).
Beatriz Prados closed out the NCAA Championship with her best round of the week, carding a 2-over-par 74 to finish in a tie for 34th. Prados completed the tournament with a score of 313, +25 (81, 79, 79, 74).

Sarah Gee tied for 47th and carded a 321 (+33) and Kerbey Kipp tied for 58th with a 328 (+40).
Midwestern State’s Brenna Moore won the individual NCAA Championship with a 9-over-par 297 in the four rounds.
Tarleton State competed in their ninth NCAA Women’s Golf Championship since the 2006-07 season.
During the season, Tarleton State won two tournaments, including their eighth NCAA Regional Championship.
