Enrique “Henry” Cortez went to be with his LORD Friday, May 22nd, 2015 at the age of 77 years. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Margie; his son, Henry Jr., his daughter, Dianna; and his wife, Emma Cortez.

He was born July 15th, 1937 in Dilley, Texas to Epifanio Cortez and Saragoza Juarez. He was a Master Plumber and a pastor. He is survived by 6 daughters and son-in-laws. Emma Cortez of Dublin, Henrietta and Freddie Medina of Hamilton, Sara and John Button of Dublin, Lisa and Chris Couch of Dublin, Angela Lewis of Stephenville, and Tammy and Rodney Teten also of Dublin. 3 sons and daughter-in-laws. Ricky and Delia Cortez of Mathis, Rudy and Dayna Cortez of Dublin, and Jay and Alicia Cortez of Hamilton. As well as his brother and sister-in-law Pete and Mary Cortez, also of Dublin. He had 26 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
