Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Erath County Cowboy Church in Stephenville. Burial: 2:30 PM at Pope Cemetery in Briar, Texas. Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the Stephenville Funeral Home.
Shaessa was born in Forth Worth on September 28, 1979 to Mike and Cheryl Burns. She was a member of the Erath County Cowboy Church and a lifelong resident of Stephenville. Shaessa graduated from Stephenville High School. She was a loving daughter, mother, and wife who devoted her life to her children, family, many friends and pets.
Survivors include her husband Jeffrey Gooding; sons, Kylan and Jay Gooding; parents, Mike and Cheryl Burns; sisters, Tessa Snodgrass and husband Traviz; Sherri Proffitt and husband Patrick; grandmother, Dora Brown; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and those who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Brown; Webb and Dean Burns.
