The Erath County Grand Jury met this week and returned indictments on 15 individuals for July including four charges of possession of drugs.
In addition to those indictments, the grand jury also indicted Antavia Michelle Davis (23) and Kourtney Lashon Davis (18) for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit assault, second degree felonies; James Mason Chambers for driving while intoxicated – third or more, enhanced – a second degree felony and Crissy Salinas Gonzales (28) and Dominic Gonzales (38) for assault on a public servant, third degree felonies.
