STEPHENVILLE (October 13, 2015) — Five Dublin juveniles have been arrested after they were caught by Erath County Sheriff’s deputies in possession of a stolen Gator and Polaris 4-wheeler Saturday.

“On Saturday, the 10th, deputies responded to a call concerning theft of a John Deere Gator out on FM 913 (the road to Selden),” said Erath County Sergeant Greg Stewart. “While they were on their way they were also notified of a 4-wheeler stolen on county road 185. When deputies arrived they found five juveniles in possession of both the Gator and the Polaris 4-wheeler.”

Stewart said all five juveniles are from Dublin. They were processed Tuesday at Erath County jail and the case is being referred to Erath County Juvenile Probation and the Erath County District Attorney’s Office.

Stewart confirmed the stolen property has been safely returned to the rightful owners.

“It was a good job by deputies responding to the call to find them quickly and safely,” Stewart said.
