Charles Edward Brown

Charles Edward Brown was born on Novenber 11, 1935 in Dublin, Texas. He went to be with his LORD on October 19, 2015 at the age of 79 years, 11 months and 8 days. He was the son of Ruby Alexander Brown and Mary Mildred (Morrison) Brown. He was united in marriage to Gloria Gwendolyn Decker on July 14, 1955 in Hamilton, Texas and to this union 3 daughters were born. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Marvin, Seldon, Jimmie and Mike Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Gwen Brown of Dublin; his daughters and sons-in-law: Leslie Marie and Paul Netherland of Seabrook, Texas, Lori Ann and Kevin Scalley of Brownwood, Texas and Linda Kay and Doug Harper of Colleyville, Texas; grandchildren: Justin & wife, April: Joey & wife, Candace; Kristen, Timmy & wife, Mara; Caiti & husband, Josh and Morgan. His Great grandchildren Kameron, Sam, Avcie, Zoe, Carson and Marisol. His Brothers and sisters-in-law: Bob & Doris Brown of Stephenville and Bill & Sue Brown of Comanche, Texas and his sister, Ruby Dell Brown of Tulsa, Ok. and a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly.

Charles was a retired Tool & Dye Machinist for Norton’s and a member of the First Baptist Church in Dublin, Texas.
