RANGER – Music filled the air last weekend as members of the Ranger College Choir performed its annual Fall Concert in front of a large crowd in St. Rita’s Catholic Church. The event was the first of several concerts planned by the 8-member group.
“I think it went very well,” said RC Choir Director Ted Brauker. “I was very happy with the way they group performed. It was a great start.”

As part of the 30-minute concert, the group performed various songs, including the newly-reworked Ranger College school song. The piece, which was originally written during the mid-1950’s and submitted to a college annual, was put to music by Brauker prior to the start of the Fall semester.
Members of the Ranger College Choir include Adam Mullin (Carbon, TX), Olivia Hudson (Humble, TX), Bryanna Byrd (New Braunfels, TX), Holly Needham (Ranger, TX), Kaci Cook (Coleman, TX), Kelsey Gwilt (Clyde, TX), Emily Roberts (Coleman, TX) and Shelby Meredith (Fort Worth, TX).
