(November 8, 2015) — Seth Barberee, a senior at Stephenville High School and the son of Dr. Robert and Jane Barberee, was promoted to the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout Sunday afternoon at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony held at the Barberees’ home.

Only four percent, or one in 25, of participants in Boy Scouts of America become Eagle Scouts. But in the Barberee family, the percentages are much higher. Both Dr. Barberee and his brother, Seth’s uncle, are also Eagle Scouts. Several other Eagles were in attendance at the ceremony, even joining Seth in the Eagle Scout’s pledge.

Seth has big plans following high school, beginning with attending Texas A&M University.
