STEPHENVILLE (November 17, 2015) — Minor injuries were reported as a result of a three-vehicle accident just inside the Stephenville city limits Monday morning.
According to Stephenville PD Sgt. Sha King, at approximately 8:30 a.m., SPD was dispatched to an accident in the 3000 block of West Washington.
“A 2007 Ford Focus failed to yield to the right of way at a stop sign intersection and entered the 3000 Block of W. Washington from CR 351, striking a south bound 2011 GMC Terrain. After being struck, the Terrain traveled across the median into the north bound lanes of W. Washington and struck a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse.”
King reported that one person was transported by Stephenville EMS to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Stephenville. Stephenville Fire Department assisted SPD with traffic control and clearing the scene following the accident.
