Robert “Bob” Hamilton, born March 1, 1921 to parents Alvin and Francis (Sears) Hamilton, passed away at the age of 94 in December 9, 2015. Bob was a member of Duffau Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, relatives Bonnie Whitney, Duke Foust, Bud Hamilton, Nell Simmons, Faye Crow Teresa Law and Kyle Bullard. Survived by wife of nearly 75 years Ila Hamilton, children, Betty Simmons and husband David, Shirley Koerth and husband Charles, Butch Hamilton and wife Sue.
Bob is also survived by one brother Ray Hamilton, 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren.

Upcoming Events

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Friday, December 11, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, located at 118 Second Street in Hico. Chapel services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 11, at Harvest Hills Chapel with burial to follow in Mitchell Cemetery located in Iredell.
