Stephenville – Services for Theressa (Morris) Railsback, 102, business school teacher, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at Carleton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7-9:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home.
Theressa was born in place on November 19, 1913 to Thomas Ruffin Morris and Lou Jensia Anne Scott. She married Samuel C. Railsback. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include her 4 grandchildren; Joseph L. Portman of San Antonio, Samuel A. Portman of Elmendorf, TX. Theressa M. Heggelund of Houston, Shalene Portman of Dallas, 5 great-grandchildren; Heather Portman, Christy Hopkins, Philip Heggelund, John Heggelund, Sammie Jo Portman, 1 great-great-grandchild; Gabriel Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel C. Railsback and her daughter.
