STEPHENVILLE (March 11, 2016) – The folks at Faith School really know what they’re doing with their annual school fundraiser with the hilariously perfect combination of exercise and food. And come rain or shine, Faith School Administrator Magan Carrasco said the sixth annual event will go on Saturday morning.

While there are well over 200 participants already registered for the race, Carrasco said they would allow participants to sign up and run “until the starting pistol is fired.” So even if you haven’t registered yet, don’t let that stop you. Get there a little early and be ready when the race kicks off at 8:30 a.m.

After the race is over, the fun continues at the Faith Lutheran Church (located at 3000 Northwest Loop in Stephenville) where the arts and crafts fair will feature lots of unique vendors and delicious food from breakfast through lunch.

And with awesome ingredients like farm fresh eggs for breakfast tacos, homemade biscuits and gravy and Carrasco’s famous hamburgers and cheeseburgers for lunch, you’d better make plans to get there before they run out.

In addition to finding all kinds of cool items for your gift-giving and home decor needs at the arts and crafts fair, the fundraiser will also feature a raffle with tickets to LJT and Schlitterbahn and lots more. So come hungry and get ready to knock out some shopping while you’re there. It’s all for a wonderful cause – the students at Faith School.

“Everything we make we’re putting back into this school,” Carrasco said. “We’re mainly planning on installing artificial grass on our playgrounds and adding new balance and enrichment structures on the playground as well. We’re just so blessed with a wonderful community who supports us. And we’re inviting everyone to come join us.”
