Stephenville – Services for Thomas Allan Gibson, 79, rancher and cowboy, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Werth Mayes officiating. He was cremated.
Thomas was born in Hood County, Texas on November 16, 1936 to Garnald Travis ýTripý Gibson and Mary Lois (Monroe) Gibson.
Survivors include his daughter; Shelley Ruth (Gibson) Sanders, son; Randy Allan Gibson, grandchildren; Alisa Anderson, Danny Gibson, Brandi Gibson, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, sister; Laura Evealyn Gibson Slaten, brother; and 19 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Garnald Travis ýTripý Gibson and Mary Lois (Monroe) Gibson, sisters; Una Rudell Gibson Beasley, Nina Ross Gibson, Farris Gibson Tucker, Ida Mary Gibson Dockery, Patty B. Gibson Richardson, brothers; Travis Oliver Gibson, Carlisle Gibson, and James Douglas Gibson.
