STEPHENVILLE (August 25, 2016) — Motorists traveling along Neblett Street near the Bosque Crossing Apartments complex can expect traffic congestion through the end of this week as returning Tarleton State University students arrive for move-in and use the curbside for unloading belongings.

Due to the ongoing Tarleton utility and infrastructure project on Vanderbilt Street and delays caused by the recent rainfall, the entrance to the Bosque Crossing Apartments’ parking garage is not accessible to students for move-in. Students have begun arriving and are expected to continue with the move-in process through this weekend.

Tarleton employees exiting Lots P13, P14, P15 and P37 are advised to turn left onto Vanderbilt Street and travel north on Cain Street to avoid the curbside unloading area. Move-in at Bosque Crossing Apartments is expected to conclude on Saturday.

The increased traffic and congestion is a result of the construction delays and motorists are asked to be patient this week as students return for the fall semester.
