TexAnns achieve third-ever 6-0 start before falling to Mesa

STEPHENVILLE (September 10, 2016) — Tarleton State (6-1) stubbed its toe for the first time in the 2016 volleyball season, dropping the second of two Friday games in straight sets to Colorad-Mesa. Before the loss, the TexAnns won in three sets over Arkansas-Monticello, marking their third 6-0 start in school history (1999 and 2010) and their second under 12th year head coach Mary Schindler. Tarleton faces Colorado Christian at 5 p.m. Saturday at Wisdom Gym to conclude the first-ever Tarleton Invitational.
