Charles Dewitt Palmore was born on March 5, 1932 in May, Texas. He went to be with his LORD on September 18 in Denton, Texas at the age of 84 years, 6 months and 14 days. He was the son on Joe Bailey Palmore and Mary Alice (Bowen) Palmore. He was united in marriage to Wanda Fay Palmore, preceded him in death and also preceded in death by Joe Ed Palmore, Jessie Tackett and his parents.
Charles was survived by his wife, Wanda Lee (James) Palmore of Gainesville, Texas; his daughter & son-in-law, Charlotte & Michael Mitchell of Stephenville, Texas; his son & daughter-in-law, Mark & Connie Medlock of Watauga, Texas; his grandchildren, Brandi Gibbs & husband Blake of Lewisville, Texas & grandson, Brooke Medlock of Watauga, Texas; his sister & brother-in-law, Mary Ann & Weldon Whitehead of Dublin, Texas and his brother & sister-in-law, Dickie & Nancy Palmore of Dublin, Texas; and a host of other relatives and many friends who will miss him dearly.
Charles was an Administrator for Lone Star Gas Company and a member of the First Baptist Church in Gainesville, Texas.
