The new traffic signal at the intersection of West Washington and St. Felix streets will be activated as a flashing red light on Tuesday, Sept. 27, requiring motorists to treat the intersection as a three-way stop sign. The Texas Department of Transportation will fully activate the new signals on Thursday, Sept. 29.
