Sheila Partain Fuller, born December 19, 1942 to parents J.D. and Gladys (Stone) Partain, passed away in Hico, November 3, 2016. Sheila was a 1961 graduate of Hico High School; she loved her family and playing with her grandchildren, loved to laugh and enjoyed the colors pink and red. Sheila was an avid quilter, a talented poet and photographer. Sheila enjoyed her church congregation especially the youth. Sheila loved Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sheila worked as an administrative assistant to the Texas Rangers for 20 years. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Sam Partain and Ron Partain. Surviving Sheila are her husband of 53 years, James Fuller, son Wes Fuller and wife Patti, son Barry Fuller and wife Brenda, son Craig Fuller. Grandchildren, Hayden, Harrison, Hattie, Hope, Angela, Mike, Christina, Shane, Charly and Amanda. Visitation, 3:30-5:30pm, Sunday November 6, 2016 at Harvest Hills Funeral Home. Services 11:00am Monday November 7, 2016, Grace Bible Fellowship, Hico, Texas. Burial to follow at Hico Cemetery.

Family request donations be made to the Grace Bible Fellowship Missionary Fund in lieu of flowers.

Family ask for those attending the services or the visitation to wear pink or red in honor of Sheila.

Service Information

Visitation will be held from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Sunday, November 6, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home, located at 118 Second Street in Hico. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Bible Fellowship, located at 111 W. First Street in Hico with burial to follow in Hico Cemetery.
