Tarleton-Waco hosts open house for prospective graduate students

WACO (January 20, 2017) — Find out more about Tarleton State University’s graduate-level degree programs in Waco on Saturday, Feb. 4, at an open house for prospective students.
The open house is set from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Tarleton-Waco’s campus in the Michaelis Academic Center at McLennan Community College, 1400 College Drive. Guests should RSVP at www.tarleton.edu/waco-open-house.

Guests will meet faculty, staff and current students as well as learn about the university’s graduate school admissions process and best practices for success on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Application fees will be waived for those who apply within a week of the open house.

Tarleton-Waco offers master’s programs in business administration, human resources, clinical mental health counseling, criminal justice, curriculum and instruction, educational administration and social work. The university’s doctor of education (Ed.D.) program in educational leadership—also available at the Waco campus—combines individualized study with specialized course work and research.

In addition to day, evening and weekend classes, Tarleton boasts a fully online Global Campus offering 20 e-learning opportunities.
