Billy Joe Bullard, born March 14, 1930 in Hico, Texas to parents Wesley and Wilma (Oxley) Bullard, passed away April 14, 2017 in Hamilton, Texas at age 87. Billy Joe attended Hico High School and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Preceding Billy Joe in death were his parents, wife Sherry, and 12 brothers and sisters. Surviving Billy Joe are children Jimmy Bullard and wife Barbara, Richard Bullard and wife Martha, Billy Bullard and wife Terry, Sandra Smith and husband Mike, Sherry Rhodes and husband James. Billy Joe is also survived by grandchildren, Shannon Bullard, Jason Smith, Arebin Bullard, Jonathan Rhodes, Crissy Holder, Shelly Rhodes, Nora Bullard and numerous great grandchildren. Visitation 6-8pm April 19th at Harvest Hills Funeral Home. Graveside services 1pm, April 20th at Country Oaks Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home in Hico. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at Country Oaks Cemetery on Hwy. 220 in Hico.
