Tarleton State University’s men’s and women’s rodeo teams each claimed the 2017 National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association’s Southwest Region championships following last weekend’s Tarleton Stampede. In addition to the team championships, Tarleton saddle bronc rider Brody Cress (pictured above) won this year’s regional title in his event. Both teams now advance to the College National Finals Rodeo, June 11-17, in Casper, Wyo.
