STEPHENVILLE (June 3, 2017) — It was supposed to be a Saturday full of action at Memorial Stadium for participants in the Summer Fun Football Camp, but sometimes even the best laid plans can’t stay out of the way of inclement weather.
A rain storm from sunrise to the early afternoon hours moved both A.M. and P.M. sessions of the camp indoors in the “Green Room” of the Mike Copeland Athletic Complex, where camp director Greg Winder, the head football coach at Stephenville High School, and staff presented awards and served pizza.
