Eugene Franklin Ward, 81, has gone to be with the LORD on June 14, 2017. He was born in Clayton, Oklahoma to parents, Willie Clarence Ward and Emma Malinda Shaw, on January 25, 1936.

Eugene became a resident of Dublin in 1979. Years later, he met and married Shaun Dana (Heaton) in Granbury, Texas, on May 12, 1982. Together, they raised three daughters: Treva, Wanita, and Wendy.

Eugene retired from a 20-year long career with the United States Air Force. He was also a charter member of the Community Baptist Church.

Eugene will be remembered by his wife – Shaun Dana (Heaton)Ward of Dublin, Texas; his daughters – Treva C. Tribit of McKinney, Texas, Wanita L. Donovan of Portland, Oregon, and Wendy J. Aoki of Mountain View, California; his grandsons – Kyle McKelvy of Dallas, Texas and Kasen McKelvy of McKinney, Texas; his granddaughters – Kaylee McKelvy, Elizabeth Tribit, and Madeleine Tribit of McKinney, Texas; his step-grandchildren – Joshua and Noelle Tribit of McKinney, Texas; his animal family, and many friends and other relatives who will miss him dearly.
