STEPHENVILLE (June 22, 2017) – It was a little bit hot at the start of the show, but then came the shade and a little bit of a breeze. This made for a wonderful time listening to Mike McClure play many of the fan favorites such as “Hotel Band”, “Break in the Storm”, “College Days” and “Ezekiel’s Wheel.”
He honored many different song requests and even did an awesome cover of Van Morrison’s “Into the Mystic.” As if that wasn’t enough, Mike then played Cross Canadian Ragweed’s “Carney Man.” Mike McClure co-wrote this song along with Cody Canada.
The Alumni Association also offered delicious burgers with all of the wonderful extras such as grilled onions and peppers and mushrooms. Many Tarleton dignitaries were in attendance including Tarleton’s president, Dr. Dottavio. A great time was had by all, young and old.
