STEPHENVILLE (October 4, 2017) – Tarleton Athletics is teaming up with the Tarleton Food Pantry this weekend for a pair of TexAnn Volleyball home games that will give fans the opportunity for free entry to both matches.
The No. 15-ranked TexAnns are set to play Cameron on Friday, Oct. 6 at 6 p.m. and Midwestern State on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. The food pantry is requesting fans to bring the following items: Chicken cans, canned pasta, protein bars, granola bars, single-serve fruit cups, nuts, dried fruit, breakfast pastries, and snack packs (crackers, goldfish, etc.). If fans bring an item from this list before each match, they will receive free entry to the game.
Friday’s game against Cameron, Tarleton Athletics is handing out leis before the game to “Lay out the Aggies.” Saturday’s match is the Block Out Cancer game, so fans are encouraged to wear pink.
