STEPHENVILLE (October 13, 2017) – The Stephenville Chamber of Commerce and Tarleton State University held a Chamber Mixer at the Stephenville Historical House Museum grounds. It was an excellent opportunity to learn a little TSU history while also learning about the many activities and events that are ahead this weekend including the By Gone Days and the Sundown On The Square. The Centennial Exhibit in the Carriage House was open during the reception, as well as the John Tarleton Ranch House. The Mixer was sponsored by the Centennial Steering Committee. This year, Tarleton State University celebrates its 100th year as a member of the Texas A & M System. By Gone Days will take place on the Stephenville Historical House Museum grounds on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and that will be followed by Sundown on the Square from 5 to 9 p.m.
