Cecila Bruton born April 26, 1946 in Vernon, Texas passed away in Stephenville, Texas on May 27, 2018 with her family by her side. Cecilia graduated from Roswell New Mexico High School in 1964. She loved cooking, gardening, reading books and was always an active member of her church. Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents Edd and Nona Chambers, and brother Jerry Chambers. Surviving Cecilia are her husband of 28 years Bill Bruton, daughter Alicia Meharg and husband Scott, son Brian Kilgore and wife Angie. Cecilia is also survived by granddaughters, Raegan Kilgore, Rylee Kilgore, Reece Kilgore, Lois Wallace and husband Andrew, and Larkin Jacks, grandson Brayden Meharg. Visitation 6-8pm Tuesday, May 29th at Harvest Hills Funeral Home. Graveside services 110 am Wednesday, May 30th at Clairette Cemetery, Clairette, Texas with Pastor David Keith officiating.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, at Harvest Hills Funeral Home in Hico. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, in the Clairette Cemetery.
